Pets Perfect – Cancellation Policy
At Pets Perfect, we value our customers and their pets. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to make cancellations as simple and fair as possible.
1. Order Cancellations (Products)
• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• After 24 hours, orders may already be processed or shipped. If the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return under our Return Policy.
2. Subscription Cancellations (if applicable)
• Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by logging into their account or contacting our customer support team.
• Cancellations made before the next billing date will prevent future charges.
• Payments already processed are non-refundable.
3. Service Cancellations (if applicable, e.g., grooming/consultations)
• Services can be canceled up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

5. Exceptions
• Custom, personalized, or perishable pet products cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to fraudulent activity, stock availability, or errors in pricing/product information.
