This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs product returns and refunds for purchases made from Pets Perfect (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By purchasing through our website or authorized channels, you (“Customer,” “you”) agree to the terms below.
1. Overview
Pets Perfect strives to provide high-quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return under the conditions detailed in this Policy.
2. Return Window
Pets Perfect accepts returns on eligible products within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery.
Returns initiated after the 30-day period are not eligible for refund, except where required by law.
3. Return Eligibility
To qualify for return, products must:
• Be unused and unwashed
• Be returned in original packaging with all tags and components
• Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Pets Perfect reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to evaluate the condition of returned products and approve or deny refunds based on compliance with this Policy.
4. Non-Returnable & Restricted Items
For safety, regulatory, and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except when damaged or incorrect upon arrival:
• Pet food of any kind (dry, wet, raw, freeze-dried, dehydrated, etc.)
• Pet treats and edible chews
• Consumables (including supplements, oils, vitamins, tinctures)
• Used grooming or hygiene items
• Litter boxes, waste management, and sanitary items
• Personalized, monogrammed, or custom-made products
• Gift cards
• Final-sale or clearance products
No exceptions will be made for opened packaging, dislike, or refusal by the pet.
If any of the above items arrive damaged, contaminated, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately. These cases may be eligible for replacement, store credit, or refund, at our discretion.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within thirty (30) calendar days of delivery.
You must provide:
• Order number
• Photographs of the product and packaging
• Description of the issue
To receive a refund, store credit, or replacement, the item must be shipped back to Pets Perfect for inspection and approval.
No refunds or credits will be issued until the returned item has been received and reviewed.
Claims submitted after 30 days may be denied.
6. Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for shipping eligible items back to Pets Perfect for inspection.
A prepaid return label may be provided at our discretion, but this is not guaranteed.
Unauthorized or non-compliant returns may be denied or returned to sender.
7. How to Initiate a Return

Items must be shipped back before any refund or resolution is processed.
8. Refund Processing
Once returned items are received, inspected, and approved, refunds will be issued within approximately 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Refunds will not be issued until:
• The item is received; and
• The item passes inspection
Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable, unless required by law.
Refund amounts may be reduced or denied if:
• Items are used
• Items are damaged
• Components are missing
• Packaging is absent or significantly compromised
9. Exchanges
Pets Perfect does not process direct exchanges.
Customers may return eligible items and place a new order.
10. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment.
Once shipped, the order must follow the return process outlined in this Policy.
We may cancel orders due to suspected fraud, inventory issues, or regulatory concerns.
11. International Orders
International returns may be restricted depending on country or region.
Customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, and taxes unless the product is defective or incorrect.
12. Policy Abuse and Fraud Prevention
Pets Perfect reserves the right to deny or limit returns in cases involving:
• Excessive return activity
• Fraudulent or inconsistent claims
• Unauthorized resale
• Products returned in ineligible condition
