Overview

At Pet's Perfect, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. Whether your furry friend didn’t take to the product or there was an issue with your order, we're here to help. This Return & Refund Policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities regarding product returns and refunds.


🕒 Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., treats, food, supplements)
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Grooming products (e.g., shampoos, brushes) if opened
  • Items marked as “final sale”

📦 How to Initiate a Return

To start your return, please:

  1. Email us at returns@petsperfect.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for a return authorization and instructions on how to ship the item back.
  3. Ship the product in secure packaging to the address provided in the return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

  • Notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


🔁 Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent. To request an exchange, email us at returns@petsperfect.com within 7 days of receiving your order.


🐶 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@petsperfect.com with clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • We’ll work quickly to send you a replacement at no extra cost.
