Brandon Kelly is the Pet Care Editor at Pets Perfect. He runs the store's guides and articles: reading the labels, digging through the catalog, and turning what the buying team and real customers report into plain-English answers.

Every guide on this site is written from three places he actually stands:

• Hands-on with the catalog. He works with the products Pets Perfect sells every day and sees what actually sells, ships, and gets sent back.
• The label and the research. He reads ingredient panels, the veterinary consensus, and the standards bodies (AAFCO, VOHC) before a product type earns a recommendation.
• The store team. The buying team and customer questions tell him what people really ask about, struggle with, and return.

Two honest notes. First, Brandon is an editor, not a veterinarian: everything here is general education, and when it gets medical, your vet wins. Always. Second, he does not do hype. If a product type has a real trade-off, the guide says so out loud.
