Pets Perfect is a U.S.-based online pet supply store serving customers through petsperfect.com. For the fastest help, include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a clear description of the issue. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please include photos of the product and packaging.
Orders and Fulfillment
Orders are placed directly through petsperfect.com. After checkout, customers receive an order confirmation by email. When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation email is sent after the order ships.
Some orders may ship in multiple packages depending on product availability, warehouse location, item size, or carrier requirements. Customers are not charged extra simply because an order ships in separate packages.
Shipping
Pets Perfect currently ships to addresses within the United States. Shipping rates are shown at checkout before purchase and may vary based on order contents, address, product size, and carrier method.
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or address issues.
Returns and Refunds
Most eligible unused, non-consumable items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Food, treats, supplements, grooming liquids, and other consumable or hygiene-sensitive items are generally not returnable after delivery unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after review and, when required, inspection of the returned item.
Payments and Security
Pets Perfect uses Shopify's secure checkout. Major payment methods are accepted when available at checkout. We will never ask for your full card number, CVV, banking password, or account login credentials by email or phone.
Product Information
We work to keep product titles, descriptions, pricing, availability, images, and shipping details current. If a listing appears incorrect or you have a product question before ordering, contact support before purchasing so we can help verify the details.

Pets Perfect sells products through its online storefront and fulfills customer orders using available inventory and fulfillment partners. Product packaging, sizing, and item details may vary by manufacturer or supplier updates. Customers always complete purchase through petsperfect.com, and order support is handled by Pets Perfect at support@petsperfect.com.
