Why owners like it

• The granite naturally stays cooler than room temperature, so your chinchilla gets relief with no electronics or cooling packs.
• A dedicated cool-down spot gives your chinchilla somewhere comfortable to relax, separate from bedding or hideaways.
• The solid stone surface offers firm, stable footing that is different from soft bedding areas.
• It is completely washable, so keeping it fresh and sanitary fits right into your normal cleaning routine.
• You can place it anywhere in the habitat, or fit it onto a Kaytee Comfort Shelf for an elevated resting spot.

Because it is washable and easy to move, you can reposition the Chinchilla Chiller as your chinchilla's favorite corners change over time.

The 6 in x 10 in size is proportioned for chinchillas to stretch out and lie flat comfortably.
