A Closer Look at the Ingredients

Lamb is the first ingredient and the recipe's named protein. Whitefish, lamb liver and salmon add further animal ingredients, so this is not a lamb-only or single-protein food. Goat's milk and egg are also included.

Sweet potato appears early in the ingredient list. The recipe also includes carrots, apples, pumpkin, spinach, cranberries and blueberries, alongside other fruits, vegetables, seeds and greens. These details give owners a fuller picture of the formula beyond its lamb recipe name.

For digestive support, chicory root provides inulin, while psyllium husk and fructooligosaccharides contribute to the stated Optifiber Complex. Dried Bacillus coagulans fermentation product is also listed. New Zealand green mussels are another highlighted ingredient, supporting the recipe's digestive and mobility focus.
